“My assessment of the product is that it is successfully working for our purposes. We certainly had some struggles along the way but that was mostly due to a unique requirement of multiple units triggered from a single button. I do hope we both learned from our experience of working out this slightly more complicated application. As of today, the units are still in service and guests are putting them to the test as always! We very much appreciated your customer service and advice along the way. Joe was especially helpful when we needed him. We will not hesitate to work with 1-2-1 Animal Handling Products again in the future.”
