About our Tuna Carriers

Years of experience have been incorporated into the designs of our Tuna Carriers.

Carefully crafted to assist aquarists in the transportation of Yellowfin & Bluefin Tuna, these carriers improve the safety of your team and your animals during complex tasks like moving between exhibits or transporting to another aquarium.

The carriers feature removable carrying poles and the highest quality rope is used to ensure that the animal is safe and secure.

Drainage holes are featured on both sides.

We can also add your company logo as an optional extra.

1-2-1 products and devices should only be used by trained professionals.

Tuna Carrier Specifications

Mini Tuna Carrier (up to 80kg)
  • PVC material measuring 86x86cm (43cm folded).
  • x2 Aluminium Carrier Poles @ 1.25m length each.
  • Total weight: 4kg (Poles 1kg each, Material 2kg).
Maxi Tuna Carrier (up to 150 kg)
  • PVC material measuring 140 x 120cm (60cm folded).
  • x2 Aluminium Carrier Poles @ 1.75m length each.
  • Total weight 6kg (Poles 1.1/2kg each, Material 3kg).

If you would like your device to be officially weight load tested, then please enquire. We will then present you with our quotation for this service. Once the test has been completed, there will be a certificate presented together with the carrier you have ordered.
